What we cannot do
We cannot provide individual electrical design, diagnose a specific installation remotely, or offer emergency support. If a UPS or battery is hot, swollen, smoking or smells of sulfur or burning, unplug it from the wall if it is safe to do so and keep clear; call emergency services if there is fire or smoke. For wiring problems, contact a licensed electrician.
